I built Whisper because I saw a gap in how AI assists professionals during live conversations. Every existing tool required joining as a visible meeting bot, sending audio to the cloud, or installing browser extensions that others could see. I wanted an AI assistant that was truly invisible — one that worked natively on your desktop and stayed completely hidden during screen sharing.
Whisper captures system-level audio from any platform — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or any other app — and provides real-time transcription, AI-powered notes, and intelligent coaching through an invisible overlay. Your data stays local on your device, never uploaded to our servers. Privacy is not a feature we added — it is how Whisper was designed from day one.
