Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Whisper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Whisper App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the application on devices you own or control.

You may use Whisper solely for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works based on the software.

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Whisper and all related trademarks, code, and content are owned by Whisper App. No rights are granted to you except those expressly set out in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whisper App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or within the application. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
